I'm a multi-faceted professional who is cross-trained in Electrical Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Management Science & Engineering (under the NUS Overseas Colleges Scholarship) at Stanford University, and Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).
More recently, I wrapped up 7 illustrious years of software engineering, where my last held appointment was Software Engineering Manager, and moved upstream to be closer to our clients and the business. At Visa, I'm driving new product Go-To-Market for Asia-Pacific.
On the applied academic front, I'm particularly interested in drawing the parallelisms between warehouse-scale computer systems architecture and scaling up business units within global-scale corporations.
When not in geek-mode, I travel around the world to seek for fresh adventures and ocassionally a gastronomical affair.
